Ioanna Karatsi was born in Patras, Greece, in 1982.She graduated from University of  Patras, Greece,  School of Engineering, Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering in 2010. She worked in the field of engineering structures as construction design engineering.The academic year 2012-2013 she was accepted as a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras. Her research interests focus on human been in relation to technology and the impact of technology on humans as a tool to facilitate his needs, or as dangerous means in his life, and includes scientific fields of electromagnetic and bioelectromagnetics, ergonomic and biomechanical.
